The suite is located on the top floor (three flights up). The payoff? Ultimate privacy and no neighbors above you. Loft Access: The loft is accessed via steep, space-saving stairs. This is an energetic, walkable area that many guests love for the convenience and nightlife access. 📣 About the Atmosphere Because of our central beachfront location, exterior noise can occasionally carry, especially during peak seasons and weekends. If you're looking for a lively, walk-to-everything beach experience, this is perfect. If you're seeking total seclusion and silence, a more remote property may be a better fit. To enhance comfort, we provide sound machines in the suite to help ensure restful sleep. 🛡️ Booking & Compliance To protect our home and remain fully compliant with Florida and local regulations: • Signed rental agreement required • Guest verification required • Primary guest must be 21+ • All HOA and posted building rules must be followed 💳 Security Hold A $300 security hold authorization is required prior to arrival. This is not a charge. Because this is a boutique, low-density building, access is quick and easy compared to high-rise resorts. 🏊 Pool & Hot Tub Enjoy full access to the beachfront pool and hot tub located directly on the Gulf. • Pool is unheated • Hot tub open year-round 🧺 Laundry Coin-operated laundry facilities are located directly across the hall on the 3rd floor for added convenience during longer stays. 🚗 Parking Unassigned parking in the open lot. 1 pass included (2 vehicles maximum, space permitting). Front Beach Road runs directly in front of the property and connects easily to SR-79 and SR-77 for access across PCB. Parking Tip: While your stay includes a parking pass for our on-site lot, public parking near Pier Park and beach access points can be limited and metered during peak season. Walking is often easier. 🚶 Walking & Biking One of the biggest advantages of this location is walkability. Pier Park: Approximately a 12–15 minute walk (about 1 mile). Beachfront Cruising: Biking along Front Beach Road is a popular way to explore. Several local rental shops are nearby. 🚕 Rideshare Uber and Lyft operate consistently in PCB and are the easiest way to head out for dinner or drinks without worrying about parking. Private shuttles are also available from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). 🚌 Public Transit Bay County’s Bayway transit system offers regional routes and seasonal beach trolley service. Service is more limited than in major cities, so check current schedules online before relying on it.
