This top-floor loft-style beachfront condo is designed for a relaxed Panama City Beach stay, with direct Gulf views, a private balcony, and a bright open layout that makes the most of the beachside setting. The main living area is bright and open, with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and direct access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. It’s an easy place to settle in after a beach day or enjoy a quiet morning with coffee and a view. The loft bedroom, known as The Crow’s Nest, includes a king bed and queen bed, along with a dedicated workspace and its own A/C unit. Please note that the loft has lower ceiling clearance in some areas, with a maximum height of approximately 5'3", so adults will need to duck in certain spots. Many families and adventurous guests love the loft, but it’s best for those comfortable with a cozy upper-level sleeping space. On the main level, guests will find a double bed and a sleeper sofa, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, a hair dryer, and starter toiletries for your arrival. GOOD TO KNOW This is a walk-up condo located on the top floor, with three flights of exterior stairs and an interior staircase leading to the loft. The loft stairs are steeper than standard stairs, so guests should use caution and hold the handrails. The loft has lower ceiling clearance in some areas, with a maximum height of approximately 5'3". Please review the sleeping setup carefully before booking to make sure the space is a good fit for your group. This is a loft-style condo with an open upper sleeping area, so it may not offer the same level of privacy as a traditional two-bedroom layout. The condo is located in a lively, central Panama City Beach area close to dining, nightlife, and attractions, so some surrounding area noise may occasionally be noticeable, especially during busy weekends or peak season. Sound machines are provided for light sleepers. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The primary guest must be 21+ and complete the required rental agreement prior to check-in.

Booking Requirements • Primary guest must be 21 years or older • All guests must be included in the reservation • A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in • Guest identity verification is required before access is granted • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests total, including visitors Failure to complete the required agreement and verification prior to arrival may result in cancellation. Respect for the Property & Neighbors • Please treat the condo with care • Report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Please avoid excessive noise on the balcony or in common areas Any HOA fines or penalties resulting from guest behavior may be passed through to the responsible guest. Pet Policy • Up to 2 house-trained dogs are allowed with approval • A $100 non-refundable fee per dog applies • Dogs must be crated if left unattended • Please clean up after pets promptly in all common areas Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning. No Smoking Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo. Evidence of smoking may result in a minimum $300 deep cleaning fee. Parking • Parking pass must be displayed at all times • Please use unassigned Ambassador lot parking only • Do not block walkways, drive lanes, or beach access • Lost or missing parking passes may result in a $50 replacement fee Vehicles without a visible pass may be subject to towing. Loft & Safety • Loft stairs are steep, so please use the handrails • Ceiling height in the loft is approximately 5'3" at its highest point • No jumping, climbing on railings, or rough play in the loft area Guests are responsible for using the loft space safely. Checkout • Checkout is 10:00 AM • Please leave the parking pass on the kitchen counter • If used, place beach towels together or in the washer before departure Unauthorized late checkout may result in additional charges.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD Located in central Panama City Beach, this condo puts you close to some of the area’s most popular restaurants, beach bars, and attractions while still giving you direct access to the beach. Guests love the convenience of being able to walk to nearby favorites like Sharky’s and Shuckums, with Pier Park just about a 12-minute beach walk away for shopping, dining, and entertainment. You’ll also be a short drive from local attractions like Topgolf and Shipwreck Island Waterpark, making this a great home base for both beach days and exploring PCB.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire loft-style condo, including the private Gulf-front balcony. The unit is located on the 3rd floor of a low-density beachfront building and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator. Guests also have access to: • Direct beach access via the private building walkway • Beachfront pool (unheated) • Year-round hot tub • Coin-operated laundry located directly across the hall • Unassigned parking in the open lot Parking: 1 parking pass is included with your stay. A second vehicle may be possible depending on availability. Parking is monitored by the HOA, and passes must be displayed at all times

Driving Driving is the easiest way to explore Panama City Beach and the surrounding area. Front Beach Road runs directly in front of the property and offers easy access to restaurants, attractions, and other parts of PCB. Walking One of the best parts of this location is how convenient it is on foot. Pier Park is about a 12 to 15 minute walk, and several popular restaurants and beach spots are even closer. Biking Biking along Front Beach Road is a popular way to get around, and local bike rental options are available nearby. Rideshare Uber and Lyft are both widely available in Panama City Beach and are a great option for dining out, nightlife, or airport transportation. Parking Tip A parking pass is included for the property, but parking near popular spots like Pier Park can be limited during peak season. In many cases, walking is easier.
